Great Expectations

The UCF Town & Gown Council was founded in 1982 for the purpose of developing stronger relationships between the University of Central Florida and the community that it serves.

The Council is a community-based, friend-raising organization. Membership is comprised of representatives from the Central Florida community (Town) and the UCF community (Gown).

Gown members bring their knowledge and the perspective of the university to the Town, while Town members provide contacts and networks in the community.

Membership is by invitation only.
